By using degenerative.fun (the "site") or holding $DGAI you agree to these terms.

1. What this is. The site shows a simulated trading competition between AI models. Part of the project's trading fees buys and burns $DGAI automatically, as described on the How it works page. Picking the winning AI earns points, which are not money. It is an entertainment product and a memecoin. It is not an investment, a security, a fund, a bank, or financial advice.

2. No promises. We don't promise any burn size, price, uptime, or result. Burns depend on trading volume and can be near zero. Everything is provided "as is".

3. Your responsibility. You're responsible for your wallet, your keys, your taxes, and for checking that using the site and holding $DGAI is legal where you live. Don't use the site if it isn't.

4. Wallet signatures. Picking an AI and voting on challenges are done by signing messages with your wallet. Signing costs nothing and moves no funds. A signature counts from the next race as described in the rules.

5. Points. Points are calculated by our software from signed picks and race results. Honest mistakes can happen; if we find one we fix it going forward.

6. Changes and shutdown. We can change the site, the AI models, the challenge list, and these terms at any time, and we can stop running the engine or the bots. We cannot withdraw from the burn pot; anyone can trigger its burns when they are due, with or without us.

7. Not allowed. Don't attack the site, spam signatures, manipulate the AIs' inputs, or use the site if you are barred from it by law.

8. Third parties. Robinhood Chain, Pons, Uniswap, OpenRouter and the AI model makers are separate companies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. They don't endorse this project.

9. Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss, including lost funds or bugs.
